The primary task was to remove the hassle of paperwork, the founders started up this venture to make the logistics process more manageable to people. Sampark made a budget optimized business strategy that focussed on enhancing their startup’s growth. We made them a neat and functional app, also managed their project, marketing and social media.

The objective behind making this startup and app was to make bilty, invoices and giving people transportation consultancy digitally. The employment of LR and bilty in logistics is much unmanaged. To organize it, an app was made to make, store and share bilty. With Roadwe, transporters can instantly make bilty in the app, just type in their details and share it on WhatsApp or other messaging apps. To eliminate the frustrating process of filling paper forms was the supreme motto.

In wire-framing, we drew a connective outline of a webpage/app. This provided us a lucid overview of the page layout, structure, user-flow, information architecture, functionality, and other behaviours. We drew out an initial product concept with colour, styling, and graphics kept at minimum to understand data flow.

We conducted experimental processes where we applied ideas into tangible variants from paper to digital. We built prototypes of different degrees of fidelity to enhance design concepts and test on users. In this process, we refined and validated the prototype to understand the data flow, to see how data is travelling. Also to foolproof the app before launching.

As a solution, we designed their app elegantly, made a highly accessible and functional web application and managed their online marketing and growth strategy.
